Pastaba: 1. Prices are already given with 21% VAT. ECO service - a clear and cheap parcel delivery solution with reliable delivery within 1-2 business days.
2. The taxable weight of the parcel is taken as the larger number from the actual weight and volumetric weight.
3. The volumetric weight (kg) is calculated according to the formula (length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)) / 4000
4. After weighing and measuring the parcel at the distribution terminal, if there is a discrepancy with the data declared by the sender and the parcel falls into another parcel price category, the parcel price is automatically recalculated.
5. After weighing and measuring the parcel at the distribution terminal, if the parcel is over 500 kg / over 2.00 m3, the standard parcel price is calculated according to the official price list valid at that time.

ECO service - This is a parcel delivery solution where the sender delivers the parcel to the SST Skubių siuntų tarnybos terminal, and the shipment is delivered to the recipient at a lower price. The service is only applicable if you want to send a shipment within Lithuania.

  3. Enter the shipment details (sender and recipient information, addresses, shipment weight and dimensions),
  4. Pay for the service online,
  5. Print the documents and deliver the shipment to SST Express Parcel Services terminal.

Both private and business customers who do not have a valid contract with SST Express Parcel Service can send an ECO parcel conveniently online via the link „Send an ECO shipment“. Please note that this method of sending a parcel is only suitable if necessary. send a parcel to Lithuania.

Additional self-service registration is not required.

After selecting the weight category of the shipment and entering basic information about the shipment (sender and recipient details, addresses, weight and dimensions of the shipment), the system provides the delivery price for the shipment.

No. A customer can only have one type of contract:

  • a standard parcel delivery contract, or
  • ECO service contract.

The ECO parcel service is intended for sending parcels within Lithuania. Parcels cannot be sent abroad using this service.

Typically, the shipment is delivered the next business day after it arrives at our terminal. The parcel is delivered to the recipient's address from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

ECO shipments are subject to 3 price categories based on the taxable weight of the shipment:

  1. Shipment by 35 kg / until 0,14 m³
  2. Shipment by 100 kg / until 0,40 m³
  3. Shipment by 500 kg / until 2,00 m³

The taxable weight of a shipment is determined by the greater of:

  • actual weight, or
  • volumetric weight.

The volumetric weight of a shipment (kg) is calculated according to the formula:
Volumetric weight of the shipment (kg) = (length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm)) / 4000

At the ECO parcel terminal, the parcel is weighed and measured.

If the actual data does not match the declared data and the shipment falls into a different price category, the shipment price is recalculated and a request to pay the calculated surcharge is sent by e-mail. The shipment delivery is automatically resumed the next business day after the surcharge is paid.

If the ECO shipment is over 500 kg or over 2.00 m³, the standard shipment price according to the official price valid at that time applies. SST Express Parcel Services price list..

The ECO shipment must be stamped shipping label.
